Brightlake Press is a boutique independent publisher of romance fiction. We are small by design — a deliberately tight roster of authors, a single conviction at the center of every book, and a preference for craft over volume.
We do not publish filler. We do not publish to fill a slot. We do not publish a book we wouldn’t reread ourselves. Every title on our list is there because someone believed in it enough to do the work, and because we believed in the author enough to publish them.
Genre fiction deserves the same care, the same craft, and the same seriousness of attention as anything that calls itself literary. That is the whole point.
